Running a bird sanctuary is expensive. Veterinary care, quality food, enclosure maintenance, enrichment materials, and the day-to-day costs of keeping hundreds of birds healthy and happy add up quickly. We receive no government funding — we rely entirely on the generosity of people like you.

Regular health checks, emergency treatment, medications, and specialist consultations for birds in our care.
Food and nutrition
Fresh fruit, vegetables, seeds, pellets, and species-specific supplements for 100+ resident birds every single day.
Enclosures and facilities
Maintaining, repairing, and expanding our aviaries and indoor enclosures to keep birds safe and comfortable.
Enrichment and rehabilitation
Toys, foraging equipment, and the time and resources needed to rehabilitate birds before rehoming.
Education and outreach
School visits, community events, and resources that help people understand and care for parrots properly.
Rescue and transport
Fuel, carriers, and equipment for collecting surrendered and injured birds from across the region.
